Key Responsibilities:

·  Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes (pizza, pasta, sauces, etc.)

·  Manage daily kitchen operations independently with minimal supervision

·  Ensure consistency intaste, presentation, and food quality

·  Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

·  Handle inventory, stock ordering, and cost control

Requirements:

·  Proven experience as a Chef in Italian cuisine

·  Ability to work independently

·  Strong passion for food quality and presentation
