- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN & Network Troubleshooting
- Windows Server & Linux Administration
- Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch & Datadog
- ServiceNow, Jira & ITIL Processes
- PowerShell, Python or Bash Scripting
- MFA, PKI, PAM/PIM & Vulnerability Management
- Basic AWS/Azure knowledge is an advantage
