Designation : BMS Test Technician - FAT & SAT Support
Experience : 3 to 5 years

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation and execution of FAT/CFAT at the factory or workshop, verifying PLC programming and I/O point functionality against the approved I/O Point Schedule.
• Support execution of SAT on-site, verifying installed hardware, wiring, and functional performance of BMS control panels, PLC racks and field devices against the approved System Architecture and PLC Grouping documents.
• Verify SCADA graphics, alarms, and point mapping against the approved I/O schedule during testing.
• Record test results, punch lists and non-conformances, and support close-out of outstanding testing issues.
• Ensure all testing is carried out in accordance with project specifications, requirements, and approved test procedures/protocols.
• Assist with test equipment setup (e.g. loop testing devices, multimeters, network testing tools).

Requirements

• Knowledge in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control
• Prior experience in BMS, PLC and/or SCADA testing and commissioning is preferred.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT procedures and I/O point /control panel verification.
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, I/O schedules, and system architecture drawings.
• Good communication skills, able to liaise with client and representatives during test witnessing.
