Job Summary

Baan Chadar seeks an experienced Thai chef to assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, implement new menus, and maintain kitchen cleanliness, bringing expertise in authentic Thai cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare authentic Thai dishes following traditional recipes to maintain food quality and authenticity
• Implement new menu items by preparing and testing recipes to enhance the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with authentic Thai cuisine
• Strong knowledge of authentic Thai culinary techniques and ingredients
