What applies to you

Join us as an IT Support Intern, where you'll provide system support including user management, access control, application support, and batch job monitoring, while supporting project implementation through testing activities, documentation, and regular status reporting.

What you will do

• Perform user management (security, access control)
• Assist and support users on application.
• Assist Project Manager and team members during the project implementation.
• Assist in preparing test scripts.
• Assist in carrying out system integration test.
• Assist and update daily, weekly, monthly status meeting.
• Monitor batch jobs.
• Assist in support documentations.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

What you will need

• Currently pursuing a Diploma certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel formula.
• Shall be able to commute to work at KPMG Tower, Bandar Utama office.
• The internship period minimum 4 months, starting from March 2026 onwards.
