Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a personable, responsible and committed Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our music school.

The ideal candidate is organised, service-oriented and dependable, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to communicate confidently with parents, students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist parents, students and visitors at the front desk
• Schedule, cancel and reschedule lessons
• Coordinate the daily lesson schedule across our music studios
• Explain lesson packages, fees and enrollment information accurately to prospective customers
• Liaise with teachers regarding their availability and ensure schedules are kept up to date
• Maintain accurate administrative and student records
• Support the general upkeep and smooth operation of the studios
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible and committed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple schedules and respond effectively to changes
• Comfortable interacting with both adults and children
• Customer-service or administrative experience would be an advantage
• A background in or appreciation of music would be a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
