Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in VIC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Monitor and manage daily site operations to ensure timely project completion and adherence to project plans and budgets. Report to Project Director.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with various teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintain a hazard-free site.
• Resource Management: Oversee the delivery and management of materials, equipment, and other necessary resources.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between project director, project manager, site workers, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project progress.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, safety documentation, and other relevant records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
• At least one 1-2 years of working experience based in the field of fire construction.
• Outstation : At least once a month or more. Subject to projects and site conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks on a dynamic construction site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
