About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Reporting Executive to support regulatory reporting activities within a Capital Markets Operations environment. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, investigating reporting exceptions, and supporting regulatory compliance in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports accurately and within established deadlines.
• Validate data used for regulatory reporting to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, reconciliation breaks, and reporting exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor reporting processes and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal controls.
• Liaise with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather and validate reporting information.
• Support internal and external audits by providing regulatory documentation and responding to audit enquiries.
• Participate in regulatory reporting projects, system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain reporting procedures, operational documentation, and process controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Banking Operations, Capital Markets Operations, or Financial Reporting.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
