Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Operations Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. Daily tasks include building reports and dashboards, conducting statistical analyses, and developing data models to identify trends and opportunities for growth. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into analytical solutions, and presenting insights in a clear and actionable format. The analyst will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and performance monitoring to enhance efficiency and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Statistics and Data Modeling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheets or BI platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and operate with attention to detail.
• Experience in operations analysis, business performance tracking, or financial modeling is beneficial.
