Scope of Works: -Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information. -Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. -Monitoring the daily progress of projects. -Providing detailed updates to Project Manager or other stakeholders. -Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits. -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. -Planning meetings and organizing project logistics. -To ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. -To perform any other duties as and when required. Skills Required: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team -members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur. -Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. -Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Requirements: -Possess Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent. -At least 2-3 years working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. -Willing to travel.
