Job Summary
The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring project work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on site
- Monitor project schedules and report progress to management
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations
- Resolve site issues and report technical or operational problems
- Maintain proper site documentation and records
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates
- Monitor usage of materials, manpower, and equipment
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site supervision
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to travel or work on-site when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of site supervision or project coordination experience
- Experience in construction, renovation, civil, or M&E projects
- Familiarity with site safety procedures and regulations
