Full Time Operation Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in ECS FACILITY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

• To monitor the service fee budgets and implement credit control (where applicable).
• To maintain close communication with committee members, residents, local authorities and government agencies.
• To supervise and dealing with service providers to ensure performance is up to satisfactory level.
• To resolve complaints, problems, and requests from residents within a reasonable deadline.
• To organize committee meeting, general meetings, townhall, residents’ meetings and others as required.
• To prepare minutes and monthly management reports (where applicable).
• To maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
• Help streamline operational workflows and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
• To assist in the planning and execution of daily operations for managed properties.
• To always comply to the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) in the process of carrying out of duties.
• To act on other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
