Job Summary
The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the employer and authorized passengers. The role also includes ensuring the assigned vehicle is well maintained, clean, and roadworthy at all times while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
- Safely transport the employer, family members (if required), and authorized personnel to appointments, meetings, business functions, airports, and other destinations.
- Plan efficient travel routes by considering traffic conditions and schedules.
- Ensure punctual arrival and departure for all appointments.
- Be available for overtime, weekend, public holiday, or outstation travel when required.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned vehicle (interior and exterior).
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after use.
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs, tyre replacements, road tax renewal and insurance renewal
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, tolls, parking, and mileage.
- Report any vehicle defects or accidents immediately.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Drive responsibly and defensively to ensure passenger safety.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.
- Keep all information encountered during employment strictly confidential.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal or executive driver is preferred.
- Familiar with Klang Valley roads, highways, and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
- Good driving skills with a strong safety awareness.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and outstation assignments when required.
- Honest, trustworthy, punctual, well-groomed, and professional.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Calm, patient, and courteous.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Able to respond appropriately in emergencies.
- Non-smoker is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Based on the employer's schedule.
- Flexible working hours with overtime as required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
