Full Time Leasing Executive Jobs, in Kip Property Services Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve occupancy and leasing targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing proposals in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and store opening.
• Monitor lease renewals and assist in tenant retention initiatives.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate tenant records.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, retail, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
