Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in OSAGA SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Evaluate, compare and analyze subcontractor quotations and negotiate favorable terms.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments for project optimization.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast costs to maintain financial control.
• Prepare progress claims to clients, including variations.
• Review and prepare subcontractors progress payments, variations, and claims.
• Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation, including procurement schedules.
• Assist in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company guidelines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
