Full Time Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,270 in One Complete Solution (M) Selangor - Maukerja

1. PURPOSE

To perform Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, General Building

maintenance and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.

2. SCOPE

Maintenance Technician (Mechanical, Electrical,HVAC,Plumbing)

3. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Reporting to: Facilities Manager

4. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspects equipment and work being performed to ensure that it meets the

OCS’s standards and that it has been completed correctly.

• To perform PPM and corrective maintenance.
• Keeps his superiors fully informed on the progress of work and how it effects

the operation of OCS.

• Initiates Work Order Report for his own or other trades to ensure that any

defects, which he may observe, receive attention.

• Liaises with other departments to determine the work required by them and to

advise them regarding the correct operation of equipment.

• To control tools and materials in his charge and to achieve safety and economy

of operation.

• Maintain the proper use and storage of tools and equipment spare parts.
• Monitors the cleanliness of his personnel and the equipment and spaces under

his control to ensure that they meet OCS’s standards.

• Maintain and update work progress accurately and daily in Computerized

Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety

legislation, policies and procedures

• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledgeable in Maintenance practices/process.

· Minimum 1-3 years experiances.

· English / BM in speech and writing.

· Be proposal and driving in improvement work.

· Logical / Analytical thinking.

· Ability to work during non-standard business hours that may include evening, weekends and holiday.

· Certified PW2 OR PW4 , high school Diploma, MLVK vocational in Engineering management.

Pay: RM2,270.00 per month
