Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, comparison and review of terms and conditions, quotations and quality of
- materials or services rendered by subcontractors.
- Provide cost estimate for construction related projects.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers
- Perform vendor assessment and qualification
- Executes project procurement plan to ensure that all awarded orders are technically and
- commercially procured at best value in a timely and accurate manner
- Creation of new vendors
- Perform Due Diligence checks on major/preferred vendors
- Submission of Quarterly PIC Report (Procurement Information Center Report)
- Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategy & Governance Policy
- Lead all supply chain activities.
- Optimize & Control the Procurement-related procedure & databases, administrative
- support and modules in ERP system including submitting of reports.
- Carry out surveillance of procurement activities to ensure compliance with control
- procedures.
- Lead team to prepare tender documents, coordination of tender process and evaluation
- of tenders.
- Ensure team complied to all HSE/CRS/information security related policies, procedures.
- Support Category management to manage some of the regional category strategy and
- synergies.
