Full Time Engineer – Tester Engineering Jobs, in UTAC - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for tester and interface installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, quality, and overall operational efficiency
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth production transfers
• Collaborate with the Planning team to optimize tester utilization and meet shipment schedules
• Implement solutions to minimize downtime, prolong tester lifespan, and improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
• Develop projects to enhance line productivity and cost reduction
• Partner with Equipment Engineers for engineering builds and OEM Field Service Engineers for complex repairs
• Guide and coach associate engineers on troubleshooting and best practices
• Maintain detailed documentation and publish technical reports
• Ensure adherence to department standards for ESD, safety awareness, housekeeping, and plant work discipline

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills
