Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with our Contract Manager and Project Teams to win tenders, manage costs, and drive efficient procurement.

• Tender & Cost Preparation: Perform accurate quantity take-offs, measurements, and design calculations. Prepare detailed tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BQ), Schedules of Rates, and contracts.

• Strategic Procurement: Source M&E materials and services, negotiate competitively with suppliers and subcontractors, and secure favorable terms to maximize project value.

• Tender Coordination: Manage addendum/amendment notices, prepare precise tabulations, and respond promptly to tender queries.

• Project & Site Support: Collaborate occasionally with the site Project Team on project management, documentation, and operational execution to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

• Experience:

  • Experienced candidates: Minimum 2 years of M&E project tendering experience, ideally with at least 1 year of on-site Singapore construction exposure.

  • Fresh Graduates: Motivated fresh graduates with a solid engineering foundation and a keen desire to learn are welcome and encouraged to apply!

• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

• Soft Skills & Attributes: High initiative, clear communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a positive mindset when managing tight deadlines.
