Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.

Supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and compliance with company procedures.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of oil products in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

Conduct routine warehouse inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, safe work procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Assist in conducting risk assessments, incident reporting, accident investigations, and follow up on preventive and corrective actions.

Coordinate fire safety, emergency response procedures, and ensure warehouse emergency equipment is properly maintained.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and company operational procedures.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Train and guide warehouse personnel on safety practices, warehouse procedures, and operational standards.

Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
