• Plan, create, and edit engaging learning videos, e-learning content, and digital training materials.
• Utilize AI-powered content creation tools such as Synthesia and other emerging technologies to develop learning content efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business units to understand training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Coordinate the end-to-end production of training videos, including scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and publishing.
• Design visually appealing learning materials, presentations, job aids, and microlearning content.
• Ensure learning content aligns with organizational branding, learning objectives, and quality standards.
• Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and AI tools to enhance learner engagement.
• Manage multiple content development projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the administration and maintenance of learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS), where applicable.
• Monitor learner feedback and recommend continuous improvements to digital learning content.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in learning content creation, multimedia production, or digital learning is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video creation platforms such as Synthesia or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative learning ideas.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new technologies and AI solutions for learning.
