Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will support portfolio managers by processing onboarding, trade execution, and reconciliation with partners. You will ensure regulatory compliance, assist with tax reporting and audits, and contribute to investor relations and administrative projects.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, subscription, and redemption requests by liaising with investors to complete due diligence checks and documentation
• Coordinate with business support providers to execute transactions and fulfill investor requirements efficiently and responsibly
• Conduct follow-up calls with investors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate investor records, trade settlements, funding, and reconciliation documentation
• Assist in meeting tax reporting and audit requirements, supporting fund administration and NAV reconciliation
• Prepare marketing collateral to support investor relations activities
• Support administrative tasks and enhancement projects as assigned by management
• Identify issues proactively and escalate them to management in a timely manner
• Collaborate effectively within teams to achieve business objectives under pressure

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in MS Office to manage data and documentation efficiently
• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve portfolio and investor-related issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with investors and internal teams clearly and professionally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant academic or professional experience in accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, or private banking
