Role Description The Project Executive role is a full-time, mid-level, on-site position based in Shah Alam. This role involves coordinating and managing interior design and renovation projects from initiation to completion, including planning timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring work meets quality standards. The Project Executive will liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include preparing project documentation, tracking budgets, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures. The role also requires regular site visits to oversee implementation and to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination and management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with superiors, clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of interior design, renovation processes, and construction practices relevant to residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and basic project management software.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam, conduct frequent site visits, and oversee day-to-day project activities.
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in interior design, renovation, or construction project roles will be an advantage.
