Senior AI Developer
Location: Kota Damansara (Fully Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (1 year, renewable)
Salary: RM4,000 – RM10,000/month (depending on experience and skill set)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions including intelligent knowledge platforms, conversational AI systems, chatbots, and voice bot applications.

This role requires a strong technical background in AI/ML development, enterprise system integration, and hands-on implementation. You will work closely with business, engineering, and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications including ChatGPT-based solutions and voice bots.
• Assess AI solutions and prepare technical architecture, infrastructure requirements, testing plans, and SDLC documentation.
• Lead end-to-end environment setup across development, production, and disaster recovery environments.
• Work closely with business analysts, PMO, data engineering, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and existing applications.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and performance-optimized.
• Support AI governance, security, compliance, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Participate in testing activities including performance testing, security testing, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing AI solutions.
• Proven experience building ChatGPT-based applications, conversational AI, or voice bot solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Understanding of AI security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
