Full Time Defect Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Visi Lagenda Melaka - Maukerja

Location: Melaka/N9/Johor

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

The Defect Supervisor is responsible for checking, recording, and following up on defects to ensure they are repaired properly and on time. The role also coordinates with contractors, site teams, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect and identify defects at project sites.

* Record defects with photos and clear descriptions.

* Prepare and update defect lists.

* Coordinate with contractors to carry out repair works.

* Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed on time.

* Re-inspect repaired defects to ensure quality.

* Follow up until all defects are fully resolved.

* Communicate with customers or clients regarding defect status when required.

* Prepare simple reports for management.

* Ensure all work follows company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent qualification (Construction, Building, Engineering, or related field is preferred).

* At least 1–2 years of experience in construction, property, or defect management.

* Able to identify common building defects.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

* Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

* Possess a valid driving licence

Working Location

* Based at project sites and company office.

* Travel to project locations may be required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

• Site Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
