Role Overview

This is a founding role, defining how the client delivers complex AI systems to its customers. You will own delivery end-to-end: translating business outcomes into a technical plan, running day-to-day execution across engineers, researchers and customer teams, and leading the readiness and change management that drives adoption. This is not a people-management role, it is full ownership of outcomes, measured by deployments that deliver real value and become critical to how customers work. Based in Singapore, hybrid with 3 days in office and 25 to 50% travel. Relocation support is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan across multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into a roadmap with milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria
• Run day-to-day engineering execution, keeping delivery unblocked and sequenced and making real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path
• Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, mapping workflows, shaping tools and integrations, and leading onboarding, adoption and change management
• Partner with product and research functions so platform components and research workstreams land in time to support deployment goals
• Codify reusable solution patterns and evaluation methods, packaging field insight to sharpen the product and the models
• Own value cases and ROI, setting impact hypotheses, baselines and KPIs, running pre- and post-deployment measurement, and reporting to executive sponsors

Key Requirements

Required

• 7+ years leading customer-facing technical delivery, ideally on engagements involving AI
• A track record of leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements where outcomes hinged on tight coordination and fast decisions
• Strong technical fluency: confident pressure-testing architectures, working through technical detail and making sequencing trade-offs
• Experience shipping AI or LLM systems in production, with a working grasp of solution patterns, integration and common production pitfalls
• Comfort moving fluidly between system-level thinking and execution detail, and simplifying complex, ambiguous work
• Executive presence: able to make complex technical trade-offs legible to business leaders and to navigate ambiguity independently
• Willingness to be onsite with customers to accelerate delivery, with travel of 25 to 50%

Preferred

• A technical degree (computer science, engineering, statistics or similar)
• Deep expertise in at least one major sector, for example financial services, healthcare, energy, semiconductors or IT
