Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications for finance and business transformation initiatives.
• Build innovative solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Analytics.
• Develop AI-powered finance assistants, knowledge bots, intelligent document processing solutions, and autonomous AI agents.

Business & Technical Collaboration

• Partner with Finance stakeholders and Global IT teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Integration & Engineering

• Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, model workflows, and application performance.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of AI solutions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business relevance.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solve complex business problems.
• Contribute to AI best practices, reusable frameworks, and development standards.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with information security, data privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support AI solutions from prototype through enterprise-scale production deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-3 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, Git, and software development best practices.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Data Analytics, or related AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience in at least one AI, software development, analytics, or data-related project.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity to learn new technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn finance processes, business operations, and enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of enterprise automation tools and modern application architectures.
• Experience developing chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-powered business applications.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
