Concierge Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Kenshores Concierge Services Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

* Guest & Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, handling inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.

* Laundry & Dry Cleaning Operations: Coordinate end-to-end resident laundry services, including receiving items, tagging, tracking orders, liaising with vendors, and managing clean item pickups/deliveries.

* Maid On Call Services: Coordinate and manage on-demand housekeeping requests, ensuring staff are deployed with high-grade, professional equipment (including cordless vacuums, steam cleaners, and professional cleaning detergents).

* Parcel & Package Handling: Receive, log, organize, and distribute incoming deliveries and mail safely and efficiently to residents.

* Record Keeping & Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate service logs, record resident requests, and promptly report any facility or security issues to the management office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
