Full Time Marcomm Executive (Mall) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Parkland Group Melaka - Maukerja

Scope of Work:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications (Marcom) plans to strengthen the mall's brand and increase visitor engagement.
• Plan and manage mall events, festive campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities in collaboration with tenants and business partners.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media, vendors, and event organizers to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Manage the mall's marketing collaterals, signage, promotional materials, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare and oversee content for social media, website, press releases, eDMs, and other communication channels with the Digital Marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, media, community partners, and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and recommend improvements to enhance brand visibility and footfall.
• Support corporate branding, CSR initiatives, sponsorships, and public relations activities to reinforce the mall's reputation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in shopping mall, retail, property, hospitality, or event management. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with tenants, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing activities in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required for mall events and promotions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
