The role will involve structured learning modules, mentoring from experienced leaders, and opportunities to observe client meetings and site activities. Participants are expected to take initiative, complete assigned tasks on schedule, and actively engage in feedback and development discussions.

  • Interest or experience in sales-related activities, such as client relationship support, proposal preparation, or market research.
  • Currently pursuing or having completed a diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
