About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Administrator to join our team. You will support the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of a Singapore-based distributor and retailer representing premium lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate is organised, dependable, comfortable working with numbers, and able to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales invoices, supplier invoices, payments and receipts
Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Perform bank, credit card and payment reconciliation
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up when required
Assist with monthly account closing and preparation of financial reports
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and supporting documents
Assist with inventory records, purchase orders and stock-related documentation
Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks and external accountants
Support GST reporting, audit preparation and other accounting matters
Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements
Minimum one year of relevant accounting or administrative experience
Diploma, Higher Nitec, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail
Good numerical ability and comfortable working with figures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsible, trustworthy and willing to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
