Role Overview

We are looking for a group of driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission-based role with a high earning potential, ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to close deals and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct B2B sales through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and networking

* Identify and approach potential clients (offices, retail, commercial spaces, etc.)

* Present and promote our cleaning services effectively

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Follow up on leads and close sales deals

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

What We Offer

* Full Commission-Based with a high commission rate per successful sale

* Realistic earnings of $4,000 – $8,000+ per month based on performance

* No cap on commissions

* Opportunity to transition to a full-time management role with a basic salary and override scheme upon performance review and confirmation

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Comfortable with door knocking and cold calling

* Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented

* Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
