Basic information:

• Salary $3,000 - $4,000
• Mon - Fri, 8-5pm or 9-6pm, 7-4pm is in plan
• 5 day between Mon - Sun (2 days off based on duty roster, unfixed)
• Required to work on PH (OIL will be compensated)

Job Scope:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Singapore-based customers via email and WhatsApp, delivering timely and professional support.
• Process and coordinate business customer orders, including bulk purchases and scheduled deliveries, ensuring accuracy in pricing, documentation, and order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, lead times, order status, and post-delivery matters such as exchanges and returns.
• Prepare and provide supporting documentation, including Halal Certificates, Product Specifications, and Certificates of Analysis, upon customer request.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and a positive customer experience.
• Generate customer quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and input from the Sales and Commercial teams.
• Process backend documentation to support accurate order fulfilment, picking, and delivery operations.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
