Full Time Maintenance Technician Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,900 in DREAMUS EDUTAINMENT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Technician to support the maintenance and daily operation of our indoor family entertainment parks. The Technician will work closely with the Facilities Executive to ensure all attractions, equipment, facilities, and building systems are operating safely and efficiently. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair works, and supporting day-to-day operational needs across the parks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of park attractions, play equipment, facilities, and building systems.

Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, and operational issues promptly.

Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules and SOPs.

Assist in monitoring the condition of equipment and recommend repair or replacement when necessary.

Daily Operations Support

Work closely with the Facilities Executive to support daily park operations.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues raised by park teams.

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for servicing and repair works when required.

Assist in setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment and attractions.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Ensure all equipment and facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with safety standards.

Safety & Compliance

Conduct routine safety checks and report potential hazards.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with workplace safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.

Support emergency response and operational recovery during equipment breakdowns.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities, technical support, or related field.

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Able to perform troubleshooting and minor repair works independently.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices is an advantage.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Physically fit and comfortable working in an active indoor environment.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,900.00 per month
