Job Summary

Provide safe and reliable transportation for the Managing Director and children between home, workplace, school, and meeting venues.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Managing Director safely between home, workplace, and meeting venues according to schedule
• Transport children safely between home and school or other designated locations
• Maintain punctuality to ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Monitor vehicle condition and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies during transportation
• Take responsibility for any traffic fines or summons issued while handling the company vehicle

Other Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, reporting at 6:45am, finishing typically by 5pm with 8 working hours per day
• Rest periods: Any 2 hours during the day based on Managing Director’s schedule (options include 9am-10am, 10am-11am, 11am-12noon, 12pm-1pm, 2pm-3pm, 3pm-4pm, 4pm-4:30pm)
• Overtime after 5pm compensated based on single trip
• Having own transport such as a motorbike is a plus
• Company car must be returned daily
