Hiring General Manager (Group Operations)

Salary: RM10,000 – RM15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Group Operations) to oversee the performance and operations of multiple dealership branches and automotive brands. This role is responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall operations of multiple dealership branches.
• Drive sales, after-sales, financial, and operational performance.
• Monitor and achieve business KPIs and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor budgets, operating costs, and productivity.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for Management.
• Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience managing multiple branches is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, financial management, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours

• 5.5 to 6 working days per week (subject to company requirements)
• Working hours between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (depending on outlet)
