Full Time DRIVER MANAGEMENT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in GFG HOME REALTY SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the Company's Top Management, Directors, and guests to meetings, appointments, airports, and other assigned destinations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the daily schedule.
• Plan and select the most efficient travel routes to avoid delays.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and excellent condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes, and other basic maintenance checks.
• Arrange for vehicle servicing, repairs, road tax renewal, insurance, and inspection when required.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, parking, and maintenance.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality regarding management activities.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when required.
• Perform dispatch duties such as delivering documents, collecting parcels, or handling bank transactions as assigned.
• Be available to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, or travel outstation whenever required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as a personal, executive, or company driver.
• Familiar with roads and traffic conditions in Klang Valley and surrounding areas.
• Good driving skills with strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Punctual, trustworthy, responsible, and well-groomed.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Flexible to work beyond normal working hours and travel outstation when required.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
• No criminal record and medically fit.
