Job Summary

You will perform daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound tasks, stock counts, and workplace housekeeping, while operating forklifts as needed to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inbound warehouse tasks such as receiving, sorting, and putting away goods to maintain accurate inventory
• Carry out outbound warehouse duties including picking, packing, and releasing orders to meet shipment schedules
• Conduct regular stock cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and support stock management
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization by performing 5C housekeeping practices to ensure a safe environment
• Operate reach truck or forklift safely and efficiently when required, adhering to licensing regulations
• Complete assigned ad-hoc warehouse duties promptly to support operational needs
• Participate in job training sessions to develop skills and improve job performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Forklift license (advantageous for operating warehouse equipment)
• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent educational qualification
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience demonstrating ability to handle core warehouse tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support basic documentation and communication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in simple English for effective workplace interaction
• Physically fit to perform manual warehouse duties safely
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently to meet operational goals
