Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role located in Singapore. The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals to specialists when needed. The role involves offering preventive care such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling, as well as maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines. The General Practitioner will also collaborate with nursing and allied health teams, participate in case discussions, and contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Background in Family Medicine and community-based care, with skills in continuity of care across different age groups.
  • Ability to work effectively with Nursing and allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
  • Experience in Training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff or students is an advantage.
  • Recognized medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner in Singapore (or eligibility to obtain registration).
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and inclusive approach to patients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accurate documentation.
