Customer Service Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing e-commerce team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Location: Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online platforms.
• Handle incoming calls and reply to customer comments and messages professionally.
• Manage both online and offline customer orders.
• Manage return and refund requests on e-commerce platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet usage).
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 working days per week
• Rotational shift (Monday – Friday):
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Work From Office)
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Work From Home)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
