Full Time F-B MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,200 in Giant Hypermarket Selangor - Maukerja

An F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, profitability, quality standards, and efficient management of staff and resources.

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service , which include Uncle Jack , Mercato Cafe , Sushi Cafe , and Ready Meals operation.
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management.
• Monitor ordering, receiving, and storage of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Minimize wastage and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Motivate employees and maintain high levels of performance and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven F&B experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of F&B and Food Safety compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills — you inspire trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align People initiatives to business objectives.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
