Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assign delivery tasks and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
- Train and guide new warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.
