Full Time Application Engineer - SI-PI Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in CADFEM SEA PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Perform SI/PI analysis for IC packages, PCBs, and high-speed interfaces using Ansys.

Execute S-parameter generation, RLGC extraction, TDR analysis, PDN impedance, DCIR/IR-drop, and current density analysis.

Validate DDR, LPDDR, HBM, and SERDES interfaces with eye diagram and channel analysis.

Optimize decoupling capacitor placement, PDN, and package-board-system co-simulation.

Correlate simulation results with measurements and recommend design improvements.

Required Skills:

️ 5+ years of experience in Signal Integrity (SI) & Power Integrity (PI).

️ Hands-on expertise with Ansys SI/PI simulation tools.

️ Strong knowledge of DDR, LPDDR, HBM, SERDES, S-parameters, RLGC, TDR, EMI/Crosstalk, and PDN analysis.

️ Experience with IC package, PCB, and system-level high-speed design, simulation and validation (Optional).
