Job Description
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brands, corporate clients, SMEs, and Media/Advertising/PR Agencies to drive revenue growth from both existing and new clients.
- Prepare and deliver integrated advertising proposals, sales presentations, and customised campaign solutions to clients and agencies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across online and offline advertising, events, sponsorships, content partnerships, and integrated media solutions to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns while attending to clients’ and agencies’ requirements and ensuring good customer service and after-sales support.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, industry engagement, and relationship-building activities to generate advertising revenue for the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and optimise advertising performance to maximise ROI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, sales procedures, and operational protocols while maintaining high service standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with the approved Sales Compensation Plan.
