The company delivers traditional quantity surveying services across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Under the leadership of Managing Director Sr Natalie Yong, LCH has expanded with offices in South Korea, Timor Leste, and Malaysia to meet evolving demands in the construction industry. LCH has also successfully acquired JIA Quantity Surveyor & Project Managers Pte Ltd in 2021. 

Role Description The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Tender Preparation, Valuation of VOs, Progress Payments, Final Accounts, Attend Consultants/Site meetings, Prepare Cashflow/Financial Statements, and other relevant Contract Administration Works.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or equivalent.
