Omni HR is excited to announce an open position for a Designer. The Designer at Omni HR will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create engaging designs in line with our brand's aesthetic and audience's preferences.

Role Responsibilities:

• • Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and concepts
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
  • Design visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to deliver high-impact messages
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Use design software to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
  • Amend designs after feedback to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications:

• • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Proficient in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
