Full Time Administrative Executive Assistant Jobs, in Morgan McKinley - Maukerja

Our client is a leading Multinational Technology company. This is a contract role until June 2027 [renewable].

Job Responsibilities

• A typical day in this role involves proactively managing calendars for the Business leaders (3 people), coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and keeping leaders a step ahead as priorities shift.
• You’ll work closely with stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings, handle travel arrangements in line with company policies, and ensure all logistics—from visas to accommodation—are in place.
• Alongside this, you’ll support expense reporting, procurement requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant for the leaders and their teams.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant in a global team (MNC background is a must).
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and Windows, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and can shift focus rapidly and effectively with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working with our stakeholders across the business.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, adept to changes, agile.
• Able to run with things at fast pace with accuracy and can work independently.
• Seasoned candidates are welcome.
