• Ensure clear communication, proper issue escalation, and detailed incident logging in accordance with established IT governance policies.

• Utilize basic business analysis and Big Data concepts to evaluate data flows and business requirements for continuous system improvements.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop environments

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively within a team-oriented setting.
