The APJ Learning & Enablement (L&E) team empowers users — employees, customers, and partners — to unlock the value of data and AI. This role owns the activation of our flagship enablement programs across top APJ accounts, builds the automations that keep the regional team running efficiently, and supports enablement's commercial reach.
You'll suit this role if you're as comfortable owning a customer-facing program end-to-end, including building automation of internal processes.

Job Description

Training Activation & Program Management:

• Own end-to-end activation of AI Academy for top-tier APJ accounts, aligning training initiatives to customer goals with account teams and Customer Enablement Architects.
• Drive full utilization of L&E services across executives, business users, and technical users, and build trusted, customer-facing relationships with stakeholders.
• Track program performance and learner engagement to drive continuous improvement and refine internal processes for scalable regional delivery.
• Build customer success stories on how AI Academy (and by extension, training) has helped the customer being successful
• Provide coverage aligned to SGT hours (approximately 9am–6pm SGT / 10am–7pm SGT).

Enablement Process Automation

• Map training-event coordination workflows across APJ (scheduling, registrations, logistics, reporting) and identify the highest-friction, most repetitive steps.
• Design and build automations for these processes — via low-code/no-code tools, scripts, or “vibe-coded” apps — no formal engineering background required.
• Ship quickly, gather feedback, and document automations well enough to be maintained easily.

What We Look For

• 5-7+ years in program management, customer success, and/or training enablement.
• Proactive self-starter, comfortable managing multiple workstreams independently across ambiguity.
• Hands-on with automating operational processes — workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable), scripting, or AI-assisted app-building — without needing a software engineering background.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; fluency in English.Nice to have: SQL or data skills and a track record of selling learning solutions into enterprise accounts
