Full Time Export Customer Service Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,400 in EASTERN ORIENTAL SINGAPORE PTE LTD - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules (ETD/ETA) and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, SI, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Ensure shipping documents comply with customs and carrier requirements.
• Respond to customer and overseas agent enquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and shipping lines for smooth operations.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues promptly.
• Prepare job files, billing instructions, and verify freight costs.
• Ensure accurate and timely customer billing.
• Update shipment records in the system and maintain proper documentation.
• Comply with company SOPs, customs regulations, and shipping requirements.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,400.00 per month
